02/04/2008 Unable to use "Arrow" keys to scroll in a Choice List. Released version 5152.

You will now be able to type in the search field of the Choice List then use "Arrow" keys to move through the list. This is a similar function to older versions of PrintPoint.

02/04/2008 The Estimate screen is hidden when the Quote module is entered from an Estimate. Released version 5152.

This allows the Estimate screen to remain open but locks the Estimate from being modified while the Quote is open.

12/31/2007 Locating the Languages Folder on Vista OS. The upgrade instructions for PC Multi-Users tell you to remove the Languages Folder on the Client machine. This is accurate for those running XP or previous versions of Windows. However, if you are running the new Vista OS, Microsoft has moved the stored location for support files. In order to remove the Languages_Folder you will need to navigate to the following location:

c:\users\(user name)\appdata\local\virtual store\program files\Printpoint_5_Client_Folder

Delete the Languages Folder located inside this PrintPoint_5_Client_Folder. Then launch the PrintPoint Client as normal.
12/28/2007 Copier Module not correctly calculating the number of clicks for 2-sided estimates. 1/07/2008 - Version 5150b posted. Go to the PrintPoint FTP Site to download your new version.
12/19/2007 Paper Matching Selector loses its column selections during the upgrade.

Repair Steps:

  1. File Menu > Preferences.

  2. Select Drop Down > Paper.

  3. At the Paper Selection Dialog section re-select your columns. The image below shows the standard setup.

  4. paperPrefs

  5. Click OK to save Preferences.
12/17/2007 MYOB Export - Invoice Nubmering does not include the word "Exported" attached in the current version.

This is a feature of the new version. You must show the "Exported" column in your list view in order to see the exported status.

How To:

  1. Select Invoices from the Navigator.

  2. Select the Define List View from the List View Editor Icon menu.

  3. Highlight Exported from the Available Field column.

  4. Click the Add button.

  5. Click the Green Up Arrow button until Exported is at the top of the Selected Display Fields column.

  6. Click OK.
